Government funded hours

What funding is available to me?

We are sorry to say that we are unable to offer the funded hours paid for by the Government at this stage as our opening date is after the headcount for the summer term. We apologise for this however plan to offer the Government funded hours from September 2017.

Your child will be able to access 570 hours of free entitlement hours funded by the Government from the term after their third birthday. This funding will be applied across the school terms (38 weeks per year) or stretched to cover a longer period of the year (51 weeks per year).

Some two-year-olds in England can also get free entitlement hours funded by the Government if they meet certain criteria.

Free places for two-year-olds

Little Forest Folk also offer a limited number of completely free places for two year old children who meet certain eligibility criteria.  The child can continue to access these places following their third birthday.  We provide a maximum of two sessional or full days per week per child, as long as Little Forest Folk are the only recipient of the child’s free entitlement hours funded by the Government. These places are provided on a first come first served basis.

If you have further questions or would like to obtain a parent funding form then please contact info@littleforestfolk.com
