Our Week in the Forest!

This week has seen some of the warmest weather we have ever experienced at Little Forest Folk but we have put on our sun cream, hats and sun glasses and enjoyed our days in the forest. We have had tarps up to create even more shade and added lots of water too so that our little adventurers have kept nice and cool whilst exploring.

On Tuesday we set up a parachute to throw balls up in the air and try to catch them. We also spent a bit of time looking at our caterpillars who have now formed into chrysalis and are getting ready to become butterflies. We can’t wait to see what beautiful colours they will be and we will be sure to keep you all updated!

On Wednesday we used some henna to celebrate EID and also played with some ice, breaking it up to see what we could dig out. We also welcomed the Holiday Campers this week showing them all the things we have been up to and showing them all the shield bugs we have on camp.
