Following the success of our Wimbledon nursery and after the demand from London parents for more outdoor, active, nature and play based education for our little ones, we are delighted to be opening two new London nurseries for 2-5 year olds in Spring 2016.
Our Wandsworth nursery will operate from the Naturescope Centre on Wandsworth Common with our Chiswick nursery operating from the Piccolo Playcentre on Duke Road in W4. Both nurseries will run in a similar fashion to our Wimbledon nursery in that we will solely use the indoor facility for early morning drop-offs and afternoon pick-ups, with the vast majority of our day rain or shine spent enjoying days that reflect the childhood our generation were lucky enough to enjoy growing up... days spent revelling in the freedom and fascination that only outdoor nature play can provide. From experience we know many children will hope for more rain than shine to let them play in their favourite place on earth - muddy puddles!
Both nurseries are aimed to be opening for full time care from the start of the summer term, which is Monday 11th April. We will however be offering a limited number of holiday camp places during the school holidays from 28th March to 8th April.
A little closer to Spring we will be hosting some open days and giving you opportunities to come and meet with the team to learn more about what we do and why we do it. In the meantime we will keep you updated with our progress and will be in touch over the next few weeks when we reach the stage of accepting official enrolments. In the meantime, if you would like to join our waiting list, please let us know your preferred location, your child’s name, date of birth, the type of childcare you would prefer (i.e. term time or full time), the days of the week you would like to attend and our admin guru Lisa will be in touch to confirm your position on the waiting list for a fee of £25, which is refundable should we be unable to provide you with your preferred childcare.
