We have enjoyed a lovely week in the forest with our holiday campers! We have welcomed some new faces as well as welcoming back some familiar faces from long ago!

This week we have been enjoying the glorious sunshine on lots of adventures walks around the forest. The presence of the sun means shadows and this has meant exploring the shapes our bodies could make and how we could make our shadows move. We also enjoyed some games of hide and seek in the long grass.

We have had another fabulous week in the forest, enjoying the lovely sunshine and warmer weather. Most of our mornings have been spent on adventure walks into the forest, often visiting the lake where we have regularly spied the terrapins sunning themselves on the lakeside.

After a fabulous long weekend, we returned to the forest to some new faces. It was lovely to see how welcoming our children were, inviting these new children into their play and looking out for them around the forest, asking where they were or when they went to have a sleep after lunch.
