HOLIDAY CAMP STAFF for Forest School Nursery
Little Forest Folk are looking for passionate Holiday Camp staff to join our exceptional nursery teams across South West London and Surrey.
Little Forest Folk holiday camps run at 6 of our London nurseries during the school holidays.
Our holiday camps are a wonderful opportunity for children aged three to seven to be immersed in nature in our magical forest settings. Our forest adventurers spend their days exploring, building dens, using tools, hunting for mini-beasts and creating works of forest art. We run, we climb, we balance and we laugh, thriving in spending time outdoors. Little Forest Folk's approach is child-led and play-based & we encourage children's imaginations to run wild!

As our ideal person for Holiday Camps, you will be creative, high-energy, outstanding with children and dedicated to having fun. You will have knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and be able to scaffold an environment for child-led, play-based learning. You will join a dynamic team and work together to provide wonderful opportunities for children to explore and develop.
The Role
As a Holiday Camp staff you’ll be tasked with providing a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for the children aged 2-5 years, in our beautiful outdoor setting. You’ll work with your team to create an enabling environment where children can develop and learn through play. You’ll use your existing skills, experience and passion for outdoor education to deliver a fantastic experience for our children, promote our ethos and help to make Little Forest Folk the best it can be.
What we are looking for in our ideal Forest Educator:
· Experience working with 2-5 year olds (desirable)
· Forest school or outdoor experience is desirable but not essential
· A real passion for nature play and engaging children with the outdoors
· Prior knowledge and understanding of the safeguarding children obligations
· Someone who is highly organised, reliable and a driven team-player
· Strong relationship-building and communication skills to build a rapport with parents and practitioners alike
· The ability to adapt quickly to changes, is flexible and uses initiative

Hours: Bank, Full time & Part time hours available
Location: 7 sites across South West London and Surrey
Salary: From £26,520 (prorated for part time hours) or hourly rate for Bank staff
