This week we've had lots of fun playing with buses. The children very creatively used logs, tyres, letter and number tiles as well as shorter branches to make their very own bus. It was a gorgeous creation and became a real focus for play during the whole week...

This week we have had great fun with spiders!  Going on nature hunts, getting creative with spider craft and for the more experienced with tools some whittling :-) We also had another successful cookery lesson with polished off plates ;-)  And welcomed Annie to our team.

We have read lots of stories, have played lots of balancing games and the general fascination with our rope play and our pulley systems continues with lovely collaborative and creative play occurring especially around the pulley system...

Out in the forest it's been a beautiful week full of gorgeous sunshine. Who would even guess we are in October? How much more satisfying is the sun on your face in Autumn rather than Summer, when you feel constantly grateful for the unseasonably warm weather...
