We’ve been bursting with excitement and now that it’s the Queen’s birthday and the official announcement day, we are absolutely delighted to finally share with you the news that Little Forest Folk has been given the royal seal of approval.

Well, this weekend was the long awaited Nursery World Awards! It was a fabulous event and we were delighted to be recognised in such a large industry such as the early years to be one of the industry leaders.

t has been just four weeks since we have opened and you would never know it. Whilst the time has flown by at lightning speed the children seem as if they have been playing in the forest for years!
This week in the forest there has been such a variety of activities and experiences at Fulham, and we’re constantly amazed at the ideas your children come up with!
Due to demand we thought it may be useful for us to share our current availability across all our sites (Barnes, Chiswick, Fulham, Wandsworth, and Wimbledon).
It has been another delightful week in the forest with our Little Forest Folk who have experienced all the seasons in this one week, giving them the opportunity to explore and play in landscapes that are transformed from one day to the next.
Water play has been a big part of our week in the forest. An adventure walk at the end of last week took us down to the river where large puddles had formed next to the water’s edge.
My blogs are usually about the children, our amazing environment and the wonderful experiences with nature our children are enjoying. But something that I feel I haven’t given enough attention to is the incredible team I have surrounding me.
As always it has been an absolute delight to see how quickly the new children settle into the environment and how comfortable they are with their new surroundings and new friends, this is definitely one of the incredible qualities of being outdoors.
