parent Create and Play Entry - Holiday camp Giveaway Competition T&Cs
1. This competition is only open to residents of the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
2. You must be 18 or over to enter this competition. Entries made by those under the age of 18 will be disqualified.
3. To enter this competition, entrants must share a photo of their children’s creative creations using the “create and play with nature box”, on Instagram tagging @LittleForestFolk and hashtag #createandplaywithnature.
4. The competition launches on 25th May 2020.
5. All entries should be submitted by 3pm on 30th July 2020.
7. By entering this competition, your entry automatically becomes content that may be published by Little Forest Folk and other relevant channels.
8. The winning prize is a free place for one week (5 days) at one of our Little Forest Folk Holiday camps, when we are able to reopen holiday camps to external families.
9. The winners will be selected by Little Forest Folk. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winners will be contacted via a comment replying to their entry. They should contact Little Forest Folk via email or direct message in order to claim their prize.
11. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners, but if this cannot be achieved within 1 day of initial notification, Little Forest Folk reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and award this to another entrant.
12. No cash or other alternative prizes are available.
13. Internet access is required to enter. No postal entries will be accepted.
14. You may submit more than one entry.
15. The prizes are for the winners only and are non- transferrable.
16. Employees and their immediate families of Little Forest Folk, it's agents, third parties, and anyone else professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to win.
17. Little Forest Folk accepts no responsibility for content that is lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical reason.
18. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
19. By entering the competition, the participant agrees to release Little Forest Folk from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the prize or with the acceptance, possession, attendance at or use of any prize (except death or personal injury caused by Little Forest Folk’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).
