Our Create and Play with Nature Boxes have now all been allocated and gifted to children across London.
Here at Little Forest Folk we’re missing getting outdoors in nature and we know lots of families across London are staying indoors at the moment with no garden or outdoor space. We’d like to gift those children with a wonderful activity box full of fun & nature based activities to enjoy indoors.

We have a team of volunteers preparing activity boxes and we have received a grant to fund the boxes, these will be posted to families to help give parents some ideas and to engage with creative and inspiring activities at home.
We don’t need anything in return but we’d love for you to share some photos of the creations your child makes! If you would like to share photos with us just tag us on Instagram with their creation photos using @LittleForestFolk and hashtag #createandplaywithnature. The child with the most creative creations will be offered a place to come and join us for a week of holiday camps in one of our forest nurseries.
The Create and Play with Nature Box will be sent in the post to your home address with lots of fun nature based activities for your child to enjoy, see some of the contents of the box below…

Our Create and Play with Nature Box has lots of fun in store - each box includes everything needed and instructions for children (supported by parents) to make and create:
Homemade dandelion play dough
Nature crowns and bracelets
Nature wands
Decorative stones
Growing seedlings
Weaving activities
Fishing rods

Safety Information
Please note that our Create and Play nature boxes are recommended for children 2 years and over only as the box may contain small parts. All small children should always use the contents of the box only under strict adult supervision. If using a free nature box for your child/children, it is important to consider their age and stage of development. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian/carer to gauge the suitability of our nature box. Little Forest Folk cannot be held liable for injury caused by in-proper use of contents or lack of supervision. Contents should only be used in accordance with the instructions.
