We celebrated the longest day of the year this week with lots of fun filled activities! With the warm weather we’ve been having this week (finally!), we thought it would be the perfect opportunity to celebrate Happiness Week.
Putney Heath - Football Mad!
This week, our main activities have revolved around the Euro football tournament, and the children have been enthusiastically engaging in football games in the forest. Using tarpaulins as makeshift goals, our little kickers have been scoring goal after goal, honing their skills and enjoying the spirit of friendly competition.
Twickenham - Zones of Regulation!
Wimbledon Village - Finally Summer Has Begun!
Wimbledon - A Week of History and Sports!
Chiswick - Father's Day Surprise Gifts!
Fulham - Mini Beasts Science Experiment!
Morden - The Three Little Pigs!
This week in the forest, we transported ourselves to school Reception to explore letters and how to write the letters in our name. We are very proud of our names and we wanted to write them on a large canvas using thick brushes and our favourite paints so that they are big, bright and colourful for everyone to see.
Putney Heath - Soothing Sounds of the Forest!
Twickenham - Collecting Treasures From High & Low!
Wimbledon Village - A Week of Imagination & Storytelling!
Wimbledon - The Meadow Full of Buttercups!
Chiswick - Role Play School Adventures
Fulham - Fulham Palace Gardens Fire Fighters!
Morden - The First Harvest of the Summer
Putney Heath - Fearless Superheroes!
Twickenham - Happy Families
This week the forest came alive with the songs of laughter as we welcomed a new child to the forest. The leaves rustled in harmony with the cheerful melodies, and the wind carried the sound of joy through the branches. A real celebration of life, where every creature, great and small, contributed to the symphony of happiness. They created songs, weaving melodies that resonated through the trees. Children leapt on stage, balloons in hand, singing their hearts out for their peers.
