Our Week in the Forest
What a magical week we've had in the forest, full of curiosity, care and communication!
This week, we delved deep into expressing ourselves and connecting with one another. Our focus was on My Question Prints – sparking conversations, wondering aloud and listening closely to each other’s thoughts. These beautiful moments of curiosity came alive as we shared stories like *"Bheegu," "Owl Babies,"* and *"The Dot"* – books that opened doors to big feelings, gentle empathy and the power of finding your voice.
Imagination soared as our little ones transformed into paramedics, zooming around in an ambulance they helped bring to life. With sirens (and giggles) blaring, they rushed to care for those in need with bandages, kindness and teamwork. We even set up a cosy crèche, where our thoughtful carers looked after little babies with love and attention – a beautiful showcase of nurturing communication through play.
And who could forget our giant unpoppable bubbles? While singing the beloved "Tiny Tim", the children danced through the shimmering air, laughing and chasing the magic together. A true celebration of joy, rhythm and togetherness!
Despite the unpredictable weather – sunshine one moment, thunderstorms the next – our resilient little adventurers embraced it all with wide smiles and muddy boots. Their spirit never wavered, finding wonder in every raindrop and rainbow.
As always, we are in awe of how our children grow, connect and care for one another – and this week was a shining example of just how powerful communication can be when nurtured gently and playfully.
Until next week!
