Our Week in the Forest
We’ve reached the final week before the Christmas festivities begin and what an exciting time it’s been! Here at Little Forest Folk Morden, our explorers have truly been on top of their game, diving into all the activities with enthusiasm.
This week, with a focus on “understanding the world,” we’ve had the wonderful opportunity to learn about each other’s cultures and differences. It’s been amazing to see how this has helped everyone connect, appreciate the diversity around them and recognise both our similarities and unique qualities. ⭐️
One of the highlights of the week was having one of our incredible parents come in to share all about Hong Kong. Our explorers were fascinated by the different languages spoken there and the variety of foods. To make it even more memorable, each child had the chance to try writing a few words in Cantonese! 🌙
With the weather being extra chilly the past couple of weeks, we made the most of the warmer days this week. Our adventurers enjoyed taking outdoor walks and planting melon seeds independently, some truly special moments. ⭐️
