Fulham - Egg Hunt!

We started off the wonderful week here in Fulham by participating in an egg hunt that Fulham Palace have organised for anyone who would like to join. This was super fun, as a group we had to go around searching for all the hidden picture eggs which contained a single letter on. Once all the eggs were found this revealed an Easter word and as a group we managed to figure out the word was CHICKEN!

As a special treat we got to watch a bird show that was taking place in the walled gardens which we all enjoyed immensely. The children got to watch as different birds such as owls and eagles were being trained and flying around.

We definitely exceeded ourselves this week here in Fulham as we used the tarps and wooden pallets to create the most awesome den for the children to play and explore. This was a great success and the children loved transporting all our resources underneath it to play. This then encouraged some of our little explorers to get creative and create their own little hide outs and dens by hiding underneath our tuff trays.

Our small world people have had a lot of adventures this week as they have been super popular in some great role plays which have led to some wonderful conversations building from this about our families. This really helped one of our children who is about to become a big brother any day now!

Our week in the forest has been short but fun and we are excited to see what adventures we experience in our holiday camp next week. We hope you all have a lovely long weekend, and are wishing our sessional families a wonderful couple of weeks away from the forest!
