Chiswick - Forest Orchestra!

Spring fully arrived at Chiswick House and Gardens this week, and what a joy to have our second week of holiday camp with this sweet weather and with nature at its best! We had fun exploring the forest, looking at different flowers blooming, and at how the world is transforming around us.

We were busy playing sailors, shopkeepers, bus drivers, and letting our imaginations run free, creating different worlds where everything is possible.

We also had time for many fun activities where we could be creative and learn about the world around us:

Painting in the Woods:
We let our creativity bloom as we enjoyed a painting extravaganza amidst the lush greenery of our beloved forest. With nature as our inspiration, we unleashed our inner artists and brought our imaginations to life on canvas.

Mud Kitchen Adventures:
Our mud kitchen has been buzzing with excitement as we whipped up delectable dishes using ingredients sourced straight from the forest floor. Whether you're baking mud pies or concocting leafy potions, there's endless fun to be had in our kitchen of wonders.

Crafty Corner:
We embarked on a crafting journey like no other! From pinecone critters to leafy mobiles, our crafty corner was brimming with inspiration and creativity.

Insect-Inspired Clay Modelling:
This week, we dove deep into the enchanting world of insects with a clay modelling workshop inspired by our tiny forest friends, while we also  focused on learning about the letter S.

Forest Orchestra:
Our little musicians got to practice their musical skills this week too, with a wide range of instruments. Our music sessions were full of joy and echoed all around the forest.

That's a wrap for this spring holiday camp. It was a week full of joy and wonder in our beloved forest!
